WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE A PRESET FROM YOUR STORE?  

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your purchase. Make sure to use your current email address during checkout. The download email and installation guide will be sent to you within 24 hours of your purchase.

If you don’t receive your download email within 24 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder as it might have landed there. If you still can’t find it, contact us at presetsbylaylanase@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you within 24 hours (or sooner in most cases).

HOW DO I INSTALL MY PRESETS?

Every download includes a step-by-step installation guide with images to make the installation process easy and hassle-free.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING MY FILES. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

DO PRESETS CHANGE THE QUALITY OF AN IMAGE/VIDEO?

Presets don't change the actual quality of your pictures and videos but can greatly enhance their overall look and aesthetic. By adjusting settings like exposure, contrast, and color balance, presets help highlight the best features of your images or footage, giving them a more polished and professional appearance. Absolutely! Our presets are designed for beginners and professionals alike. They’re easy to use and will give your photos a professional, polished look. Plus, using presets is a great way to learn editing and develop your unique style.

CAN I USE THESE PRESETS TO EDIT MY VIDEOS?

Yes! With the latest 2022 Lightroom update, you can apply presets to videos for a cohesive aesthetic. Simply import your video as you would a photo and start editing!

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE LIGHTROOM APP TO USE THE PRESETS?

No, we're excited to confirm that our presets are fully compatible with the FREE Lightroom Mobile App! 

DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL CAMERA EQUIPMENT TO USE THE PRESETS?

All you need to use our presets is a smartphone camera and the FREE Lightroom mobile app. It’s that simple! 

IS THIS A ONE TIME PAYMENT, OR IS THERE A SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED?

Our presets require a one-time payment. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions needed to use them in the FREE Lightroom mobile app.

CAN I INCLUDE YOUR PRESETS AS PRIZES IN A GIVEAWAY I AM HOSTING?

No, we currently don’t allow our products to be included in giveaways that are not hosted by us.

CAN I SHARE MY PRESETS WITH FRIENDS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, COLLEAGUES, OR OTHERS IN MY COMPANY? 

No. It is illegal to redistribute our presets without our permission. Our presets products are protected by copyright, and the license you purchase is for individual use only. This license does not extend to businesses, partnerships, or group usage.

Additionally, our presets cannot be resold, modified, loaned, or transferred to others, either in their original form or altered. By adhering to these terms, you help us maintain the quality and integrity of our products, ensuring we can continue creating premium presets for our customers.
